What is a buyers Agent?
A Buyers Agent is a licensed real estate professional who acts as an advocate for YOU, the buyer. The complete opposite of a Real Estate Agent, who works for the seller, a Buyers Agent at BWA has your best interests at heart, always.
What does a Buyers Agent do?
A Buyers Agent is responsible for discussing a client’s requirements, conducting property searches, sourcing off-market properties and compiling data by performing due diligence on these properties to ensure they meet the client’s needs and provide the best possible financial outcome. Properties could be Residential or Commercial and be for First-Home Buyers, Owner-Occupiers or an Investor.
Once a property has been selected a Buyers Agent will negotiate on your behalf and when successful, will manage the exchange process from start to finish.
